TL;DR
The long version below is the binding one. It says the same thing, just in more words.
PasteMate grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the application on any Mac you own or control, subject to the terms of the Mac App Store. You may not redistribute, reverse-engineer, or modify the application.
PasteMate is free to use with your 10 most recent clips. A single one-time purchase, made through the Mac App Store, unlocks the full application permanently, including all future updates. There are no subscriptions and no recurring charges. Refunds are handled by Apple under the Mac App Store terms. Pricing and availability are subject to change.
You agree to use PasteMate only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You are solely responsible for the content stored in your clipboard history.
PasteMate is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the application will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, PasteMate and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the application. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the application.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of PasteMate after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
